How much are you earning from your websites?
Many people will never get past $0.05 per day using Adsense as their primary income source.
With Google’s new systems, Adsense isn’t nearly as good an earner as say a year ago. The quick developement of thousands of “Made For Adsense” (MFA) sites which have no real value have forced Google to change their system to protect their Google Adwords customers.
To compound this many Adwords advertisers have stopped using the content network to advertise.
Adwords ads on the content network are now way cheaper than on the search network, so if you use Adsense chances are your earnings have plummeted in the last year…
The Adsense pot of gold is now a packet of pennies…

Today I sent an email to my list and it contained an affiliate link to a report by Joel Comm called The Adsense Traffic Guide. I took the link straight from the email Joel sent and never bothered to check it.
Big mistake!
The affiliate link contained the wrong domain and my subscribers ended up on the wrong webpage…
Always check your affiliate links before you publish them in an email or webpage.
Sending people to the wrong site hurts your credibility and not only will you lose the immediate sale, but quite probably subsequent sales. People can be very unforgiving when they put their trust in you and you screw up.
On the other side of the coin, if you rely on affiliates to promote your products, make sure the affiliate link you send to them to promote your product is correct. Once your affiliates lose credibility through your error, you stand to lose affiliates and a lot of sales!
One further point, once you realize you’ve made an error, correct it immediately. The longer you leave it the more you stand to lose.

I often get asked whether it’s necessary to learn how to use html code, and my answer is always “If you want to profit from websites of your own, Yes!”
The one important point about html code when it comes to search engine optimization is to make sure the coding on your web pages is correct and will validate properly. If your html coding is correct, the search engines will have no problem spidering your site, which is important for both indexing and subsequent ranking…
Another point worth considering is that webpage generators like FrontPage add tons of extra unnecessary html code which buries your article! It also makes you page size bigger and so it takes longer to load.
Anybody can learn how to create a webpage using html code, if you can write, you can code. All you have to remember is the structure of an html page. Don’t get scared off by php pages. There might be a bit of extra processing code, but a php page still uses normal html to display the contents of a webpage.
If you have some html knowledge, modifying templates becomes a breeze. Even the php pages from pre-made Adsense websites like my NicheSiteProfits websites, or the NicheMania websites of Big Mike.
The point is - if you know the basics of html coding you can make changes to your sites immediately. You don’t have to wait for other people and if you pay people to make the changes, you save money too.

After much soul searching I have decided to cap the NicheSiteProfits monthly membership at its current level and concentrate on two things:
- A blog from which you will learn how to build (or buy), promote and profit from niche websites.
- Limited edition private label rights websites for sale on a wide range of topics.
One of the biggest problems with the monthly membership was people were forced to take the websites I provided. Many members became overwhelmed at the prospect of trying to upload, promote and maintain four websites per month, and in many cases they weren’t interested in the website topics.
Offering limited edition websites on a regular basis means customers can choose the topics they’re interested in, and as many websites as they feel comfortable with…
